Zebra Printer

The Zebra printer brand is known for quality worldwide. Zebra dominates the label printer market with various printer models. One of these printers is the plastic card printer. The plastic card printer prints on a standard credit card sized PVC card that can be used as membership verification, identification or a whole array of other uses. Organizations reviewing card printing systems often research the Zebra card printer options because the brand is trusted. Completed systems may be reviewed. If so, the company may choose to review the Zebra bundled ID card printer systems. These systems are complete turnkey systems. They contain everything needed to completed a basic ID card printing job. The bundled solutions are geared market toward smaller companies that need employee ID cards. The turn key printer systems are called the QuickCard bundle. They come with one of the following printers. The Zebra P110i is a single sided printer while the other printer is a dual sided printer, the Zebra P120i. The bundled packages include the printer, ID card software, a web camera, 200 cards and a printer ribbon. By selecting the single or dual sided printer, the system is easily received and installed to begin the printing process.
Within budget, the QuickCard bundles are marketed to businesses who do not want to spend excessive amounts of money for their card printing needs. The id card software is designed to be used with CSV files or excel files. This provides the database needed for the custom fields. A digital camera can be used to take the pictures needed to be downloaded into the computer. Load-N-Go print ribbon cartridges are easy to install. By just sliding the door of the card printer open and inserting the ribbon directly into the cartridge holder in the printer, the ribbon is set to go. There is no mess or fumbling with a loose ribbon that must be placed correctly onto spindles. The Zebra P110i and Zebra P120i printers offer a YMCKO full color print ribbon and also a monochrome ribbon option. Often used on preprinted cards, the monochrome ribbons are used when the card needs further customization that is completed with one print color. These printer ribbons will indicate when they are getting toward the end of their printing spool so that the printer operator can be ready when a new printer ribbon needs to be installed. These ID card printers are used for many reasons. Common uses for printed plastic cards are employee and student IDs. Other uses are for gift cards, membership cards, and debit cards as well as many more. This printer system bundle is small and can sit on a desk. The system can also be transported to various events and shows. Event planners find these printers beneficial in various trade shows and conventions. With the ability to print 120 colorful cards per hour, the printer bundles are perfect for small card printing jobs.
