Safety Tips

Valentines day is fast approaching. This is a time of the the year where everybody is busy looking for special gifts for their love ones. Shopping can be fun but it also can be stressful. During this season, malls and shopping center are usually full of people and it makes us worry for our safety and the safety of our properties. Take for example at parking lots, many untoward events happens at this place even though it is full of people. For your safety, here are some tips that can be used. 1. Don't leave your valuable on your car. As much as possible keep it or just leave it at home if you don't need it. Most of the time, it attracts the attention of thieves. 2. Crimes that happens during day time are lesser compared to crimes that happens at night. If you want to go shopping try to do it at day time. 3. Try to walk in group. Crimes can easily happen when you are alone. 4. If you are alone, park as close as possible to the shopping venue. 5. It is also important to be aware of your surroundings. Know all the entry points and locate the post of authorized person. This can be a big help during unwanted situations. 6. When you are alone, don't stay too long on you car. 7. Once you depart your vehicle lock it immediately and proceed to the entrance with caution. 8. Keep a low profile. 9. When you are done shopping, proceed to your card immediately. Once you are inside your car, lock all the doors and leave. 10. Never be afraid to ask store security for assistance if you are concerned.
