To implement an id badge system in a certain organization or workplace the following are needed.
The printer to be used must depend on your id badge requirements. You can choose from the single or double sided printer. If you want to take security into higher level, you can opt for printer with special security features. If you want your id badge to look good or to have a more professional look, it is good to have an ID card software. It is advisable for those who wants to mass produce id badges. To capture images, choose cameras that can produce clear images in nice, vivid color. For continuous printing, have enough supplies of replacement ribbons, cardstocks, PVC cards and cleaning kit. To make sure that employees are wearing their id badges properly, choose for the right attachments or accessories. You can choose from lanyards or badge clip |
